This system is a comprehensive and periodised programme, designed to take over from the Viking Raider Protocols (VRP), as the sustainable approach to progressive overload with workouts changing from week to week. The programme is designed as a trial by fire, to introduce the lifter to various splits (you get to choose between 2 every given week) and exercises. Due to the programme changing week to week, there are a bunch of advantages to glean from this approach:
- Learning how to use multiple different exercises
- Upgrading your compendium of strength training tools
- Putting your body through a trial of various outcomes to see which one is most sustainable on the path to finding a programme that you can use permanently
The BHP approach is not designed to be used continuously as the changing of exercises week to week doesn't allow you to really start to tap into the full potential of your gains. What it does provide though, are the tools to be able to sustainably create your own programme with all approaches towards prime muscle and mental stimulation in the weight room.
The programme itself is a whopping 50+ pages of various splits, exercises and approaches to training in a 6 week cycle, with a deload week to draw on. This programme, the VRP and our other long term sustainable programmes are all designed to be used synergistically to find out what your body responds best to, because at the end of the day the most important thing is that you follow an approach that agrees with you.

It facilitates the perfect mix of micro (small peripheral nutrients like vitamins and minerals) and macronutrients (primary nutrients like proteins, carbohydrates and fats). Our training routines require you to be well fed, and nourished.
