A 6 week deep dive into the ways of the kettlebell. 

In this program we delve into different energy pathways and approaches to using the kettlebell, from our cousins the Kievan Rus. 

These programs follow a 7 day split:

  • Beginner - 4 days on, 3 days off
  • Intermediate - 5 days on, 2 days off
  • Advanced - 6 days on, 1 day off

We also offer the choice of online consultations regarding the programs, worked out to a fee per remote session. The package is charged at a rate of 2 sessions a week, of forty five (45) minutes per session, that will address everything from form to theory, to make sure that you have all the correct knowledge to properly practice the program. We also have the option to choose only consults if you are renewing your virtual training, but already have the program.

Kettlebells are a great way to supplement the lifestyle of someone who wants a single tool to move the whole body. Minimalist in nature, most kettlebell movements utilize a hip hinge to deliver power to the end range of the movement. As such it's a great way to work elastic loading, tendon strength and kinetic linking. 

Our cousins in the east realised that for individuals who really wanted to get strong tendons, ligaments and muscles, there was a way beyond having to use fancy equipment. They developed a no frills approach to become literal bears, wolves and beasts from the east.

Changed My Gym Experience

I had always thought of training in the gym as boring. As someone who gets really busy, I don't have the time to figure out how to use different gym machines and then use 10 different pieces of equipment. Doing this program kept things simple, fun and engaging. I'm on week 4 and really enjoying.
