WHY RED MEAT?

Red meat is highly bioavailable in nutrients, comes from ruminant animals - which means that it is far more rich in micronutients than standard monogastric animals.

WHY DAIRY LIKE YOGHURT AND KEFIR?

Good quality milk has excellent ratios of nutrients in it, as well as tons of bio available vitamins and minerals. For those sensitive to lactose, Kefir and Yoghurt is great, due to their probiotic cultures, which in turn will aid in the digestion of other nutrients, taken in from other sources, over time. This is the best option for long term digestive health.

WHY MINIMALISTIC TRAINING?

Minimalistic training is all about using the least amount of tools, for the highest possible yield. We have nothing against programs that utilise many tools and we even have some that have tons of variations on a single muscle group. For the most part we just market minimalistic training to keep things simple to make sure that the foundational movements are fully understood. Once the foundation is strong the individual can explore other realms of training with strong fundamentals from which to draw on.

ISNT CHOLESTEROL AN ISSUE WITH THIS TYPE OF DIET?

It isn't that simple. In a healthy indivual with great underlying markers, cholesterol is not the cause for artherosclerosis or all cause mortality. If the indivual trains well, sticks to balanced plans that emphasise a full complement of bioavailable vitamins and minerals, rests well - sleeps and minimises stress, cholesterol on the upper end of the spectrum is in no way something to worry about. Your body needs cholesterol to synthesise lipid based hormones such as testosterone and estrogen, which are among the master hormones respectively.
